1. Service Standards 

We are committed to delivering the highest quality mobile detailing services. We warrant that:

- Services will substantially align with the descriptions provided on our website and promotional materials;

- All work will be performed with reasonable skill, care, and attention to detail;

- Services will comply with all applicable laws and regulations at the time of delivery.

2. Appointment Scheduling & Delays

While we aim to arrive and complete services at the scheduled time, delays may occasionally occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will keep you informed and complete the work as soon as reasonably possible.

3. Service Availability & Suspension

We reserve the right to reschedule or temporarily suspend services in the event of technical issues, vehicle inaccessibility, or unsafe working conditions. Services may also be paused to accommodate necessary improvements or adjustments.

4. Pricing & Vehicle Classification

- All prices listed are starting estimates, inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

- Prices are subject to change at any time, with updates reflected on our website.

- The size and condition of your vehicle will be assessed at the time of service, and pricing may vary accordingly.

- Heavily soiled vehicles or those requiring additional time and materials may incur extra charges, which will be clearly discussed and agreed upon before any work begins.

5. Personal Belongings & Liability

Please remove all valuables and loose personal items from your vehicle before service. We cannot accept responsibility for loss of, or damage to, any personal belongings.

For safety and liability reasons, please do not ask our detailers to remove or store items on your behalf.

6. Pre-Existing Vehicle Condition

You are responsible for informing us of any existing damage, defects, or concerns that may affect the detailing process.

Note: After detailing, existing scratches, chips, or paint imperfections may become more visible. We will not be liable for any deterioration (e.g., paint flaking or trim damage) caused by pre-existing conditions.

7. Safety & Access Requirements

- Vehicles must be parked in a safe, accessible location with adequate space for us to operate.

- You must retain a spare set of keys, as we are not liable for issues arising from inaccessible keys.

- Child seats must be removed and reinstalled by you or a qualified professional —our team will not refit them under any circumstances.

- Please be cautious after detailing, as cleaned surfaces (especially those polished or waxed) may be slippery.

8. Post-Service Claims

We will not be held liable for any claims or damage once we leave and/or the vehicle has been released from our care or the service area therefore please inspect or get your vehicle inspected before we leave.

9. Limitations of Liability

Our total liability for any claim, including those involving our staff or contractors, will be limited to the greater of:

- The actual cost of repairing evidenced damage; or

£1,000.

  

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including business disruption, loss of income, or loss of vehicle use.

Except where prohibited by law, all implied warranties and conditions are excluded. This does not affect our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud arising from our negligence.
